Our Team

Patrick Gooding is an experienced logistics professional who has spent many years learning all levels of the supply chain. Driven by customer satisfaction, he takes pride in providing the highest quality service to each of our clients. Pat strives to maintain a professional yet casual office environment that fits his laid-back personality. When he is not covering loads, you can find Pat and his wife at the beach, on a hiking trail, or spending time with close friends and family.

Kathy Marsh is a native of Plymouth, MI, but has lived in the Columbia SC area for over 30 years. She is an organized, dedicated, business professional with a versatile administrative, customer service and logistics support skill set developed through her years of experience as a Customer Service Manager and Logistics Administrator. She excels in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions, troubleshooting and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her grandchildren play softball and soccer.

Eddie Gooding has been working in the transportation industry for over 35 years. His career spans between multiple companies and many levels of expertise. Eddie approaches business in the same way he does all things in his life: through honest, intentional relationships built on years of trust. A selfless leader, Eddie is quick to attribute the success of the business to his hardworking employees. Never taking himself too seriously, he has an infamous expression “Always at work, always on vacation,” which he takes to heart. In his free time, Eddie enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.

Eli Burch is our newest member here at LDI! He comes from United Parcel Service (UPS) working as an operational supervisor, for eight years, dealing specifically with carrier drivers throughout their transit. Eli prides himself on the timely communication he provides for our customers and constant updates throughout the transit. When Eli is not working you can find him outdoors on the Congaree River enjoying the sunshine, in the woods enjoying every aspect of nature or being close to family and friends. Eli has also just recently been asked to join the board of NDA (National Deer Association) where he will give back/educated local outdoorsmen.

Cameron Blakely has over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and logistics. Along with his business skillsets, he brings a positive attitude and mindset to work every day. He is committed to serving others and assisting with their needs, and shares a personal motto with a customer he learned from before, to “never stop improving.” When he’s not working, you’ll find Cameron spending time with family and friends - playing golf, boating on Lake Murray, and cooking for others whenever possible.

Paul Georgiafandis joined the LDI Columbia team as a logistics coordinator in May of 2022. An accomplished and dynamic professional, he brings a unique blend of over 10 years of military and civilian logistics experience to the team. After graduating high school in Ohio, Paul joined the Marines as a force deployment planner. Upon completion, he attended Ohio State University and began his civilian career as a logistics coordinator, routing all freight in North America for a horticulture company. He went on to complete one more active duty military contract in Texas before settling his family in South Carolina. In his free time, Paul enjoys getting out with his family and experiencing all there is to do in the Carolinas. He also has a passion for exercising and playing music.
