Our Team

With over 35 years in transportation, Eddie has seen just about everything in the industry. He leads with integrity and focuses on building long-term relationships rooted in trust. Quick to give credit to his team, Eddie’s guiding philosophy—“Always at work, always on vacation”—perfectly sums up his blend of hustle and humor. In his downtime, he’s either on the golf course, in the woods, or relaxing with family.

Originally from Plymouth, MI, Kathy has called Columbia home for over 30 years. With a background in customer service and logistics administration, she’s a detail-driven pro who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her problem-solving and organizational skills, Kathy brings stability and heart to the team. Off the clock, she enjoys time with family and watching her grandkids tear it up on the softball and soccer fields.

Pat’s been in logistics long enough to know that speed, service, and strong relationships are what keep things moving. He runs the show with a steady hand and a laid-back vibe, always ready with a good story or quick laugh when things get hectic. Outside of work, you’ll find him with his wife and kids—whether it’s at the beach, on a trail, or just enjoying good food and better company with family and friends.

Eli joined LDI after eight years at UPS, where he worked as an operations supervisor managing carrier drivers in transit. He takes pride in providing timely, consistent updates to customers and keeping freight moving smoothly. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him on the Congaree River, deep in the woods, or spending time with family and friends. Just don’t bring up the Dolphins unless you’re ready to hear a full-throated defense of Tua and why this is their year.

“The Machine.” Paul’s locked in, detail-obsessed, and ruthless against falling-off loads, bread, and anything involving Michigan. But under the intense ops exterior is a guy who’s quick to cut up and drop some elite-level sports trivia. Give him Buckeye football and Panda Express, and all is right in the world.

Nick’s got two passions: sports and sales—and not always in that order. He’s the last standing optimistic Panthers fan and a firm believer that this is their year (Tepper aside). When he's not prospecting or building customer relationships, he’s usually debating football takes with anyone who’ll listen.

Dillon crossed over from asset-based trucking and hit the ground running. Whether he’s quoting loads or debating college hoops (yes, he picked High Point), he brings energy and grit to the office. His loyalty lies with Max Brown, the Carolina Hurricanes, and any free T-shirt within reach. Always ready for a good sports debate and a better punchline.

Reece traded his chef’s hat for a headset, but he still throws down on the Blackstone from time to time. Over two years in, he’s a quiet force—focused, dependable, and low-key hilarious when he chimes in. A fan of “fake football” (soccer) and the Browns, he’s always down for sports banter, even if his teams test his loyalty.

A proud son of Saluda, Drayton brings Southern charm and a calm demeanor to the team. Powered by Mexican Coca-Cola and a steady stream of caffeine, he’s always good for a laugh and a “brother” or two in conversation. Steady, reliable, and down-to-earth, he’s the guy you want on your team when things get hectic.

Don’t let the baby face fool you—Franco may look 15, but he brings serious energy and confidence to the office. A proud Boston sports fan (despite growing up in South Carolina), he’s always ready to back his teams and his work. Whether he’s jumping into sales, helping run a load, or soaking up knowledge like a sponge, Franco’s eager to learn and never short on opinions—or bold predictions.
